Welcome to the official abstract submission portal for the 16th Asian Oceanian Congress of Neuroradiology (AOCNR 2027). We invite neuroradiologists, head and neck radiologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, neurointerventionalists, nurses, case managers, scientists, and researchers from across the globe to submit their latest research and clinical findings.

Call for Abstracts

The Scientific Committee of the AOCNR 2027 now invites the submission of abstracts for e-poster presentations.

Abstracts must be submitted electronically in English via the AOCNR 2027 website before 30 April 2027.

Abstract Layout & Submission Instructions

Please carefully follow the instructions below for the abstract layout and submission:

Account & Language

  • After you create your account in the online registration system, you can submit your abstract.
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.

Title

  • The title must begin with a capital letter. Do not use all capital letters; use capital and lower case letters as appropriate for abbreviations.
  • The title is limited to a maximum of 500 characters (75 words).

Co-Author Details

Please provide co-author details (name, affiliations) and ensure that all author information is included and entered correctly.

Abstract Body & Structure

Please provide the abstract body text, limited to a maximum of 3000 characters (450 words). Abstracts must be structured as follows:

More Information

  • Abstract submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and notifications will be sent to the presenting authors.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published on the website by abstract number and title. Shortlisted authors for e-poster presentations must formally accept the invitation sent via email to present at the conference by 14 July 2027. Please contact the organising team if you do not receive it, as emails may occasionally be blocked by firewalls.
  • Best e-Poster Awards and Prizes will be presented during the Gala dinner of the conference. Authors must be present to accept their prize.
  • Submission of an abstract constitutes the author's consent to have their accepted work presented during the conference.
