Registration Fees
- Note: Registration fees are determined by the date of payment, not the date of online form submission.
- Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat at service@aocnr2027.org. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.

Discounted Registration Categories
To register under discounted categories, supporting documentation must be uploaded during the online application. Registrations without valid verification will be charged at the full standard rate.
Trainees, Nurses, Technicians*
Employment verification letter, valid hospital ID, professional certificate or medical license. Accepted file formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG.
Payment Terms & Methods
- Submission of a registration online constitutes an official registration and intent to attend the Conference. Full payment must be received to gain entry to the Conference.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, JCB (Instant online activation).
- Checks, purchase orders and cash are not accepted.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Registration Secretariat at service@aocnr2027.org.
- Conference registration is strictly non-transferable to another individual.
- All approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or credit card reversal within 30 days after the conclusion of the congress. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
On or before 31 August 2027: 80% refund (20% administrative processing fee applies).
After 1 September 2027: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance.
Media Consent & Privacy Notice
By participating in AOCNR 2027, attendees grant the organizing committee the right to capture and use official photographs and video recordings for educational, promotional, and news publications across official print and digital media.
