Presentation Guideline

All ACCEPTED abstracts at AOCNR 2027 will be presented digitally as e-Posters on high-definition vertical screens throughout the venue.

Presentation Format

All e-Posters will be displayed on high-definition vertical screens located throughout the venue.

Please Note: There is no need to print or bring a physical poster. All presentations are strictly digital.

Item	Requirement
Orientation	Portrait / Vertical format is mandatory (horizontal posters will not fit the vertical screens properly)
Aspect Ratio	9:16 (e.g., in PowerPoint Page Setup: Width 14.29 cm x Height 25.4 cm, or any equivalent 9:16 ratio)
File Format	Single-page PDF file
Maximum Length	1 page
File Size Limit	Maximum 20 MB
Font Legibility	Use standard global fonts (e.g., Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman) and ensure fonts are embedded when saving to PDF

Upload Portal Opens	1 July 2027
Upload Deadline	27 October 2027 (23:59 GMT+8)

Late submissions will not be accepted, and missing files will be disqualified from the program and the e-Poster Awards.
